HALYARD: Kimberly-Clark health care is now halyard health

HALYARD Health is a global medical technology company focused on preventing infection, eliminating pain and speeding recovery. Formerly known as Kimberly-Clark Health Care, HALYARD became an independent company on 1 November 2014.

The new company, with its Australian head office at Milsons Point Sydney, reported 2013 net sales of $1.7 billion across its surgical and infection prevention (S&IP) products and medical device businesses. HALYARD has 16,500 employees and markets products in more than 100 countries worldwide.
