The Orbio^® 5000-Sc is a standalone unit that generates an alkaline cleaning solution for use in spray and wipe applications, carpet extractors and scrubbers, and is compatible with existing cleaning equipment. This alkaline solution reacts with organic soils during cleaning and is simply wiped away or disposed of down the drain. The Orbio^® 5000-Sc solution is perfect for cleaning away dirt, dust and non-petroleum based oils.*
Another innovative technology from Tennant which harnesses The Power of Water™ is ec-H₂O™. ec-H₂O™ is a cleaning solution created onboard a Tennant scrubber involving clean tap water passing through an oxygenation chamber and electric charge before being applied to the floor. This two stage process produces a stream of acidic and alkaline charged water particles which breaks down the dirt on the floor. Within 45 seconds, the charged water particles stabilise and the water and soil are deposited in the recovery tank as dirty water for safe and easy disposal.
Real-world testing by customers and third party organisations have shown that cleaning floors and surfaces with Tennant’s Orbio^® technologies effectively removes soil. By using just water, there is no chemical residue left behind, so your floors maintain a high polish and shine. The absence of chemical residue also reduces the slip and fall potential of people in your facility, in fact ec-H₂O™ has been certified by the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI) to improve floor traction.
