At Medline, we partner with healthcare facilities to provide medical supplies and support services to help deliver exceptional care. We value the dedication of healthcare professionals — the true heroes — and are honoured to support them in their mission to make a difference every single day.

Our Clinical team, working closely with our trained Account Management team, are dedicated to ensuring that healthcare professionals receive both initial and ongoing support. They provide our customers with product and clinical education to ensure they have the tools and knowledge needed to support their staff.

With firsthand experience — many of whom are actively serving in hospitals, we can better understand the challenges our customers face and provide practical, relevant, and effective solutions.

Education and Training Programs

Providing expertise and education is at the core of our support strategy. Our team of clinical nurse educators, who collectively have over 200 years of experience in the operating theatre, are committed to providing continuous clinical and educational support.

Application and Product Training: Available both onsite and virtually, this training ensures staff are fully equipped to use Medline products efficiently and safely.

Product In-Services: We offer hands-on, practical training and refresher sessions to new and existing team members.

Personalised Technical Support: Our team provides ongoing, tailored technical assistance to help integrate Medline products seamlessly into the clinical environment.

We recognise that each healthcare facility has its challenges, so we collaborate closely to create bespoke education programs. Whether it’s in-person training for new staff, specialised education days, or virtual support, our goal is to provide education that is timely, relevant, and aligned with best practices. Recent training topics have included infection prevention, OR safety, and sharps safety. By linking product choices to national standards, we help maintain levels of care and compliance.
