Novari Health, Personify Care sign international partnership

Personify Care, a provider of digital pathways and patient engagement platform for health systems, and Novari Health, a waitlist management and referral management technology solutions company, have announced a strategic partnership with an aim to deliver “a new benchmark in waitlist optimisation and healthcare personalisation”.

The partnership hopes to enable health systems to release much needed capacity, reduce wait times and ensure patients get access to the care they need.

The Novari Access to Care Platform includes a series of integrated software modules providing surgical waiting list management, referral management, waiting times reporting, central referral intake and care coordination. The company’s cloud-based technologies are designed to help health systems, hospitals, regional health authorities and governments reduce waiting times and provide timely and equitable care to patients.

With the partnership Novari Health has also announced the launch of the Novari Patient Engage to the Canadian and UK markets which will be powered by Personify Care’s technology platform. Under the partnership a fully interoperable offering that will be supported by both companies will also be available to health systems across Australia and New Zealand.

The offering will enable Novari’s referral management solutions to seamlessly initiate clinically defined prehabilitation and pre-admission pathways that will keep patients better prepared and informed about their care while reducing administrative burden on clinical teams.

“By joining forces with Novari in this partnership, we not only increase the reach of our technology to new health systems but we also enhance the value and impact we can deliver for patients, clinicians and health systems through interoperable end-to-end solutions across the entire patient journey,” said Ken Saman, CEO, Personify Care.
