Kimberly-Clark takes the lead in hand hygiene compliance

Improving hand hygiene compliance has been identified by the World Health Organisation as one of the key strategies to reduce Hospital Associated Infections (HAIs) globally. Australian hospitals are now mandated to conduct ongoing audits and submit the results to Hand Hygiene Australia – which can be a timely and labour-intensive exercise for any already time-constrained hospital department.
